This facility, though not LEED or Florida Green Building Coalition Certified, was built to be a high performance building.  Its features include recycled content products such as carpet, tile, latex paint, asphalt, steel construction and aluminum panels on walls and roof.  Water Conservation efforts include: low flow toilets/urinal, Florida native landscape/trees and micro-irrigation.
