The Judicial Center, though not built Green, has earned an ENERGY STAR rating from the US EPA and the US DOE. It is the County’s first building to earn an ENERGY STAR rating. 

The building earned a ranking of 83%, meaning that it follows within the top 20 % of energy efficient buildings in the U.S.  The facility is 10 stories and 126,000 square feet and was constructed in 1997.
