Southeast Sustainable Seafood Listings

Check out the listings below to find eco-friendly seafood.

"Best Choices" are the most sustainable seafood options.

"Proceed With Caution" are species which raise some concerns with the methods of fishing or farming used, but these species are better choices than those in the Avoid column.

"Avoid" are fish that are most often overfished or caught or farmed using destructive methods. It is best to avoid these products, at least for now, to prevent further damage to marine life and the environment.
